Alright, who is this mallory girl?
I’m a technology geek with a passion for culture and society hailing from Northern California. I’m naturally good at breaking and putting things back together and love to test things out to see how they really work. I’ve been plugged in and online over 15 years and have grown up side-by-side with the Internet. I pursued studies of culture and society, receiving my Bachelor’s in Anthropology.
I eventually tested my hand at solving the puzzle of how to put together technology and Anthropology and found my dream career as a UX Researcher. Today, I spend the majority of my time under piles of post it notes and digging through data of people interacting with technology.
It makes me frustrated when technology works against humans, and I’m on a mission to make the technological environment a more usable and happier place for all.
In my spare time I can be found dancing at music festivals, flying on a trapeze, and finding quirky sour beers.
